Hotel services:
American Buffet Breakfast, Lunch, and a la carte dinner at the hotel, (non alcoholic beverages are included), Tea and Happy Hour. The accomodation includes the generaluse of the propertyand the entrances for Los Glaciares National Park. Tips are not included.

Guest's exclusive benefits:
Transfers in/out form and to the El Calafate Airport, and/or Paso de Frontera de Cancha Carrera, (only one way for the 3 nights program and round trip for 4 nights accomodation). Excursions included are: Gangplanks of the Perito Moreno Glacier, Nautical Safari, Minitrekking, Day Outdoors at Thousand, Voyages 4x4, Walks of Drop, Median and high-intensity According to requirements: Land transfers, navegation tickets, box lunch and /or meals, necessary articles for them, except personnal belongings: clothes, sun glasses, gloves, shoes- will be provided.

• Program rates are in US dollars, per person with tax (IVA) included.
• The rates are not applicable for "Special Programs":Christmas, New Year and Eastern, etc.

GENERAL CONDITIONS RESERVATIONS:
A 30% deposit of the total value to confirm reservations. The reminder is due 30 days before guest's arrival to the hotel.

CANCELLATIONS :
+30 days prior to arrival to Los Notros: US$100 per person will not be refunded
29 to 15 days prior to arrival to Los Notros: US$ 30% per person will not be refunded
14 to 8 days prior to arrival to Los Notros: US$ 60% per person will not be refunded
7 to 0 days prior to arrival to Los Notros: US$ 100% per person will not be refunded
