Guest's exclusive benefits:
* Transfers in/out form and to the El Calafate Airport, and/or Paso de Frontera de Cancha Carrera, (only one way for the 3 nights program and round trip for 4 nights accomodation).
* All Excursions in the [Excursions Menu] Including: Land transfers, cruise ship tickets, box lunch and /or meals, necessary articles for them, except personnal belongings: clothes, sun glasses, gloves, shoes- will be provided. These activities are subject to the age and health requirements established by the outgoing suppliers. The program will be determined daily by the staff in charge based on a menu showed at the lodge.

GENERAL CONDITIONS RESERVATIONS:
A 30% deposit of the total value to confirm reservations. The reminder is due 30 days before guest's arrival to the hotel.

CANCELLATIONS :
* Up to 30 days prior to arrival to Los Notros: US$100 per person will not be refunded
* 29 to 15 days prior to arrival to Los Notros: US$ 30% per person will not be refunded
* 14 to 8 days prior to arrival to Los Notros: US$ 60% per person will not be refunded
* Less than 7 days prior to arrival to Los Notros: 100% of the rate will not be refunded
