Hundreds of years ago the Pacific Ocean's blue waters were sailed by primitive canoes. Join us for a few days in a journey which will take us back to the origins of kayaking in this mythological island, discovering its people and their secrets, feeling the marine breeze while sailing between islands.

We invite you to discover the sea culture seen from the sea.

Day 1
This morning we are transferred from Puerto Montt to the mythological Chiloé island. Close to the Chonchi location, our camp will be set-up, waiting for us with a good typical seafood dinner and a good Chilean wine.

Day 2
Our adventure will start after a good breakfast, learning how to steer the kayak, as well as how it is loaded with the necessary equipment for the trip. We will set-off after lunch heading to Liucura, located in the Lemuy Island. After a 3 hour paddling we will reach a lonely and beautiful beach near its small village and antique church.

Day 3
We start this morning paddling to Terao, location where we will be part of the traditional home-made apple "chicha" - typical beverage of this area. We will have time to visit the church and its beautiful cemetery. We will take a 3 hour paddling from Terao towards Detif, where we will set up camp at the spectacular Apabón beach.

Day 4
After looking over Detif, our expedition will head up to Agoní, a typical Chiloé village where we will find delicious home-made cheese. We will take a 3 hour paddling after lunch towards Aituy, where we will set up camp and enjoy a nice dinner.

Day 5
After a good breakfast we will take a 5 hour paddling, with breaks for resting and for having lunch, to finally get to Queilen, a picturesque port over a beautiful sandy peninsula with only 1,000 habitants. We will have time to explore the town, discover its history and enjoy a traditional dinner with excellent Chilean wine.

Day 6
We will paddle through the Paildad fjord and Queilen channel, beautiful and very characteristic places of the Chiloé Island. We then return to Queilen, from where transferred to a comfortable hotel in Castro, for a nice bath and farewell dinner.

Day 7
Return to Puerto Montt.
